He has been initiative and forcefully run many shares of the build up and start up and his ideas and routines will be permeate the organization of the student union during many years ahead. As the first President of the student union in 1998/1999 and its Vice President in 1999/2000, he has carried out the matters of the student union with utmost commitment and creativity and has run the student union to a position of good reputation and strong influence at Umeå university. Per-Håkan has been very much appreciated by the members of the student union as well as external co-workers and other members of the board."

From the Student Senate minute:

"Mattias Eriksson has been a great leader and creator for the work of the Corpus Student Union during its whole existence until Christmas in 2000, when he graduated. During his time as President in 1999/2000 and Vice President in 1998/1999 and fall 2000, many project have under his management successfully been carried out in an amazingly successful manner, and he has profiled the student union through well-managed channels of information and ceremonial treats. Mattias has as the student union's first representative secured Corpus' strong position amongst the members of the student union and the representatives of the university through great knowledge and creativity."

Simon Athlin

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in April 9th, 2003.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Simon Athlin has worked within Corpus since the foundation of the student union in spring 1998, and until his graduation in spring 2002, and has during this time, perhaps more than anyone else, influenced Corpus to become what it is today. Simon has served four years (1998/99 - 2001/02) as a Medical Association representative in the Student Senate and two years as a Member of the board, at first as an Educational surveillor and later on as the third President of the student union. If Per-Håkan Olausson is the one who founded the organization and forthcoming success of Corpus, and Mattias Eriksson the one to secure the position of Corpus as a student union to count on at Umeå university, Simon Athlin to a great extent the great innovator behind the regulations and norms that control today's activity within Corpus. As the main author, and in many cases the initiator, of the Corpus Constitution, the Policy of Remuneration, the Policy of Educational Surveillance and the Regulations and Rules for Corpus' Educational Awards, Simon more than anyone can be acclaimed to have influenced the fundamental values of the student union.
To this should be added Simon's many efforts, on the behalf of the student union, toward external partners, at first as an Educational surveillor and thereafter as President. During his time as President Simon further became known as a great diplomat and popular leader who vastly contributed to improving the relations within the organization as well as Corpus' contact with other student unions at the university."

Sigbrit Franke

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in April 9th, 2003.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Sigbrit Franke had been Vice-Chancellor of Umeå university for six years when Corpus was founded in 1998 (and the first female during the university's history). Her importance for increased student leverage, formal as informal, at the university is indisputable. Her time as Vice-Chancellor was characterized by openness and keenness, and she was appreciated by many, not least by the students. Likewise, Sigbrit Franke played a significant partin the medical, odontological and nursing programmes' possibility to form a student union of their own, and without her support Corpus would probably not exist today.

Shortly after the foundation of Corpus, Sigbrit Franke was appointed first woman to become University Chancellor and Head of the Swedish National Agenc for Higher Education. In possession of her new office, Sigbrit Franke soon began the work to improve student leverage, social and ethnical multitude and equality in the universities all over the country. In her own words, her most important task as University Chancellor is to protect the position of the students."

Maria Vedin

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in April 9th, 2003.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Maria Vedin has during a long time been very active within Corpus, at first in the Medical Association (where she amongst other things contributed to the foundation of the Students' council for Biomedical Analyst students), thereafter as a member of the Student Senate and the Executive Committee during two years (2000/01 - 2001/02). With Maria's entrance into the Executive Committee, the equality and information issues got a substantial upswing within Corpus. The union's information organ, Månadsnytt (Monthly News), was under Maria's influence developed into an established forum to enable elected representatives to keep the members up to date with curent events within and outside the student union. In the Gender committee of the Medical faculty as well as the Gender Equality board of the university and the working team against discrimination and harassments, Maria whole-heartedly pleaded Corpus' cause, which also led to that these issues was highly prioritized on the internal agenda.

For the fall 2001 Maria was elected Vice President of the student union and got in the turn of the year enter the role as pro tempore President after the resignation of the previous President. A unanimous Student Senate shortly thereafter elected Maria the fifth President of Corpus and the first woman in the history of the union - this concurrent with the student union experiencing one of its hardest times ever, with amongst other things an acute crisis in the delivery of membership cards. Under Maria's government the internal bonds within the student union were strengthened and Corpus good name amongst external co-workers was renewed. She was a much appreciated and well-liked leader, in her own Executive committee as well as in the rest of the organization. Externally, during Maria's leadership Corpus for the first time reached real success in its strive for better contacts with Västerbotten County Council, where the managements of the County council and the Medical faculty, after pressure from Corpus, revised its contract regarding consultation, inviting the student, by Corpus, to participate with one delegate in each consultation committee. For the first time since the foundation of Corpus, a formalized and regular cooperation between the students and the county council had been established.

Maria's perhaps greatest achievement for Corpus and the students at Umeå university, however, is her engagement in the workings of the Umeå university policy on student influence, where Maria resolutely has protected the interests of Corpus' members, which to the greatest extent contributed to that the (today established) policy has become an incrediblyimportan, useful and powerful tool for the student unions and their members. Following the expiration of her terms of office as President, Maria assumed the gavel of the Student Senate as the union's first female speaker."

Magnus Borssén

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in March 30th, 2004.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Magnus Borssén has been involved in Corpus and Kårhuset Villan since 1997. He has within Villan worked as a superintendent, as Chancellor of Villan then was called, and has there been working with the foundation that Villan today still rests firmly against. Furthermore he has been the Chairman of the board of directors of Villan until fall 2002, where he in cooperation with the other members have carried out many important matters regarding the activites of the student union house. In the academic year of 2000/01 Magnus was the speaker of the Student Senate and towards the end of this glorious duty he was elected a member of the Executive board for the rest of the year 2000/01 and thereafter for the financial year of 2001/02. As a member of the Executive board Magnus developed the contact between the government of Villan and the Executive board and constituted the link between these parts in many issues. The financial year of 2002/03 Magnus was Vice President of the student union and worked with external relations and administration.

Those who have worked with Magnus think that he explains economical indistinctions in a relevant matter and is glad to share his knowledge. Furthermore, as Vice President Magnus continued to be the link between the Executive committee and the board of directors of Villan, which has led to that both are more aware of each others' responsibilities and promoted the solidarity between them. No one can likely be said to have given the student union and the student union house as many years of commitment as Magnus..."

Arne Tärnvik

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in April 12th, 2005.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Arne Tärnvik has been the inspector of the Medical Sciences Student Union from its foundation in 1998 until the financial year of 2003/04, hence he has served for three whole terms of office (6 years) and been re-elected twice. He has constituted one of the cornerstones in the history of the Medical Sciences Student Union and been significant for the continuity within the union. Through the years many pro-inspectors, like Presidents and Executive boards, come and gone, but Arna has endured and acted as a mentor for generations of Presidents and Executive boards. During the intense work with the foundation of the student union and during the two first years of activity Arne took an active role and became indispensible as support and bounce person. With his knowledge of, and substance behind the words within, the academical world and contacts in the Västerbotten County Council, Arne has meant tremendously much for the student union during its build up.

Also in times of turbulence with internal clashes of opinions within the student union, Arne has always stood by and brought good advice and supported the union outwards so that the legitimacy and reputation has been kept intact. As a conclusion, one can say that Arne as an inspector has taken an active part, shown a genuine interest and shown proof of untiring engagement, and acted as important support and contributed with important advice when the student union has faced important crossroads."

Patrik Danielsson

Appointed Honourary Member by the Student Senate in October 25th, 2007.

From the Student Senate minute:

"Patrik Danielson has been active in the Medical Sciences Student Union in various ways and during a long period of time. The engagement started within the Students' Health Foundation, for which organization Patrik's tireless work has meant a lot. He has further been the President of the Medical Sciences Student Union and Chairman of the Executive committee during two terms of office (2002/03 and 2003/04) and then meritoriously pleaded the student union's cause to the members as well as the university and external partners. Patrik Danielson has as President with great success proclaimed the opinions of the Medical Sciences Student Union (then Corpus) in medial contexts. Medical Sciences Student Union owe thanks to Patrik Danielson for the basic design of the many governing documents on which the student union to this day build its activity, as well as the graphic profile programme that the student union uses in all official contexts.Last but not least, Patrik Danielson has during the years following his Chairmanship-in-office been an active and knowing member of the Student Senate, where he with great commitment contributed to the discussions, and to that been a support for following Executive committees. As a conclusion, Patrik Danielson has performed an extraordinary effort for the student union during his man years as active. He has through his great knowledge about the student union's and the university's activities worked to implement many important decisions which have benefited the students."
